You represent that you possess the legal right and ability to create binding obligations. MIZALA reserves the right to refuse service, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.
2) ORDER POLICY - Once an order is placed by the customer it will be confirmed by us within the next one working day. After that we will proceed on shipping by following our shipping policy. MIZALA reserves the right to cancel the order based on product availability & in the case of advance payment customer will be refunded by following our refund policy. Once the order is confirmed then customer unable to cancel the order for both Cash on Delivery (COD) & prepaid payment orders.
3) Price of a product as displayed will be charged. Prices for Products are subject to change without prior notice, and at any time whatsoever, irrespective of whether an item has been earmarked/wish listed by a User. The Website disclaims any and all claims and/or liabilities arising from such revision in prices.
4) Prices for Products are described on our Website and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. All prices are in Indian rupees unless mentioned otherwise. 5) PRICING POLICY - The prices displayed on the website are quoted in Bangladeshi Currency (BDT). 6) CASH ON DELIVERY POLICY INSIDE DHAKA:
1. During delivery customers must have to check the products (Color, size, quality and quantity) in front of the delivery agent and after that no complain will be accepted.
2. The customer can change if he wants, but the product must not be used. if we send the correct product and if the customer chooses to change or replace at his wish then the delivery charge will be applied each time.
3. Return fee will be applicable if the customer returns the product after checking the product in front of the delivery Men.
4. Delivery time: in outside dhaka maximum 3-5 working days and inside dhaka 1-2 working days.
5.Return/Exchange will be applicable as per our replacements policy.
6. MIZALA reserves the right to change any policy any time.
7) REFUND POLICY :
1. If we are unable to deliver the product ordered.
2. If mistakenly we deliver different products without informing the customer.
3. If the customer has received the faulty product.
In case of above points as per the Government’s Digital Policy 2011, refund will be executed within 7-10 days in case of advance payment. Refund will be applicable for online orders only.
8) Cancellation-
Cancellation of an order must be done within 24 hours of placing the order.
A 100% refund order amount will be issued against cancellation of the Card amount.
It may be noted that failure to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing an order will mean that the product has been dispatched and can not be recalled.
9) DATA POLICY
During customer registration and placing orders generally we store customer’s basic data (Name, Mobile, email, address etc.) in our own database.
